1. Employee Dashboard - A dashboard where they can see an overview of their next shift, next holiday, they can check-in / check-out and view any announcements.
2. Leaves - A dedicated absence management page where employees get to instantly see their available allowance for holidays, easily create an absence request also enabling them to upload supporting documents in just a couple taps. They will receive their manager’s decision as soon as they review it! Employees also have access to view their leaves history and all their leave balances reporting.
3. Attendance - Employees can use this to check-in when arriving at work and check-out when leaving, for an accurate timesheet, with location-based checks if needed.
4. Shifts - Employees can see in this dedicated section all their upcoming shift assignments, review details and accept them
5. Payroll - Through this section, the employees can view all their past payslips and the relevant breakdown, for accurate and on-time reporting on their salaries.
6. Employee Profile - Employees can view their HR records kept with the employer and request any updates needed in order to complete or update their profiles. Furthermore, employees can ask their manager any questions and receive an official answer through the app.
Managers have access to a secure web platform enabling them to manage all the relevant items and get on-the-fly reporting.
Within the web platform managers can:

✓ Manage employee records as well as all related documents which are stored securely.
✓ Fuly configure absence types and allowances through the platform to meet any company or regulatory requirements.
✓ Manage employee check-in / check-out requirements to meet company requirments including location-based checks per employee and the creation of dynamic timesheets.
✓ Run the company payroll, which enables companies to follow all local legislation and automatically handle all deductions and contributions based on each company's unique requirements. Exports are available for employee payroll bank payments and social insurance, as well all relevant tax reporting (IR59, IR63, IR7).
✓ Manage all company shift requirements with a few clicks. Crew lets managers easily create and assign shifts based on each company's unique requirments, but also ensure that shifts are assigned fairly to all employees and follow collective agreements.
